- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Computer Based Test (CBT) mock test engine or the Global Leaderboard.
- Sharing your premium/logged-in account credentials with multiple users.
3. User Accounts and Account Termination
To access certain features (like saving mock test progress or downloading PDFs), you may be required to log in using a third-party service (e.g., Google Authentication). You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to ExamSpark without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions, particularly the User Conduct policies.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
While ExamSpark operates primarily as a free educational platform, any future purchases of premium products (such as advanced CBT Mock Tests, special crash course PDFs, or premium access) are subject to the following policy:
- Digital goods and downloaded PDFs are strictly non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- In the event of a technical failure on our end preventing access to a purchased product, please contact support within 7 days of purchase for a resolution or refund.
