- Account Information: When you log in (e.g., via Google Authentication) to access premium features, download PDFs, or save Computer Based Test (CBT) mock progress, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Log Data & Analytics: ExamSpark follows a standard procedure of using log files. These log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
2. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, ExamSpark uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
3. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie
Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our site and other sites on the internet. Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on ExamSpark, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
5. Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
ExamSpark does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (such as HTTPS/SSL encryption). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. User Rights & Data Deletion (DPDP Act Compliance)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 of India, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data stored on our platform.
If you wish to delete your ExamSpark account and wipe your mock test records, please email us at welcome@examspark.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days.
